One of those late-night art school projects. Oil on canvas. 30'" X 30".
I did this the summer after I returned from graduate school. I'm still doing the big "ant's eye view". Oil on canvas. 48" X 48".
Oil and Vinegar
Another big graduate school painting. I was warned early on to "paint big!" as I would have a large space to cover in my graduate painting exhibit. Oil on canvas. 48" X 60".
Probably my most successful "ant's eye" enlargement. Big Red dominates my living room. However, I really think she belongs in a vibrant restaurant. Any restaurateurs out there who want to add some "punch!" to a room? Oil on canvas. 60" X 84".
Vinegar and Oil
I actually got brave enough to add writing on the labels this time. Oil on canvas. 48" X 60".
This may be a little overkill. At any rate I've lost track of this graduate school painting that combines everything I could lay my hands on that shines. Oil on canvas. 48" X 48".
I find lipsticks luscious and provocative. Even more so when they are reflected in a stainless steel surface.
Oil on canvas. 24" x 36".
Oil on canvas 36" x 36" $750 SOLD
This painting is for my "pioneer" sister, Cathy. Her canned goods taste as good as they look!
Oil on canvas. 15" x 30".
Oil on canvas. 30" X 40".
Photo taken in Paris. I would have taken more photos of these great perfume displays, but was asked not to.
Perfume Bottles 2
A friend loaned me these small bottles to paint. I filled them with colored water.
Oil on canvas. 24" X 24"
I spotted these in a shop in Paris. I was shocked that they were clip-ons - like who wears clip-ons in Paris? I think they are lucite.
